Ordered a tyre £60 run flat, Vince said it would be there by 2pm.. arrived for 2 expecting it to be there but it wasn’t.. I said I’d wait an hour because I’m patient.. like a lemon I sat there in the car park.. waiting.. listening to my playlist.. 3pm still no tyre.. Vince comes over to my car he then tells me it’s in bury.. it’s going to be 20-40 mins longer wait.. okay so I wait again... at this point I was getting angry and fed up because I was so desperate for this tyre to arrive as ATS didn’t have any after taking a stroll over. 4:30pm come.. no tyre!!! I gave him an extra half hour of my time! Nevermind, I just left, forget it. I took my custom some place else. What a waste of my life in the car park on my day off. I do not recommend this place, so unreliable, I bet there wasn’t even a tyre ordered for me in the first place!
Got one in the end near five ways, part worn but in and out of the shop in 15 mins.
